Mike Brocken, of Folkscene – the longest running specialist music programme in British broadcasting history - has included ‘A Kind Of Calm’ as one of the show’s Top Ten ‘Album Of The Year, 2024’ choices. He says: "It's pretty special. Took us by surprise. A really interesting acoustic album." Announcing the Top Ten, Mike played Craig's Fatea award-winning 'Track/Song Of The Year, 2024,'The Wedding Day Of Eliza May'. "That's so good," he commented. "I never get tired of hearing it. Absolutely great. Sounds traditional, in a way. Just great stuff."
